よって、リターンリクエストを解除してもらいたいのですが、どうすれば良いのかわかりません。
バイヤーにリターンリクエストをクローズしてくださいとお願いしましたがそのままです。
paypalの該当支払いも保留されたままで困っています。

どうすれば良いのかご指導くだされば幸いです。
