弊社メールシステムの仕様により、ご回答が遅れてしまっており申し訳ございません。
書類に何点か修正を加えました。
今年7月に弊社の責任者は山本でなく、田中に変更となっています。
また田中が長期出張の為、署名ページを指定の期日に返送することができません。
遅れてはしまいますが、来週金曜迄に私が代行署名を行い、御社にお送りする形でも宜しいでしょうか。

The person in charge on our side changed from Yamamoto to Tanaka on last July.
Also, since Tanaka is going on business trip now, we can't send you back the signature page by due date.
Would you accept that I make a substitute signature by Friday of the next week and send you it back although it will be still delay?

I apologize you that our response have been delayed because of our system specifications.
I have changed a couple of things on the document. Our representative have changed from Yamamoto to Tanaka.
I am also sorry that we could not return you the signature page because Tanaka is now on a long business trip. Would you like me to sign it up and send it to you on behalf of him by next Friday?

Our responsible staff was changed from Yamamoto to Tanaka in July.
And we can not send back our signatured pages within requried day due to long term business trip of Tanaka.
It is still late but is it possible for you to replace my signature as substitute for him next Friday and send back to your company?
