This product is for the Japanese market, so unfortunately its owner's manual written in English is not available.
I tried looking for such owner's manual on Internet and the only thing I could find is a YouTube video (see URL below).
If you have any questions, please visit the Customer Questions & Answers in the product page on Amazon.
And the allowable voltage for the product you bought is 100V. When you use it in U.S., please use an electric transformer to decrease the voltage.
