It's a share house with an Italian-style Canadian owner. There are 7 living rooms, and the residents are mainly Japanese and Korean.
Items necessary for living are all present. Also, as it's equipped with a washing machine and dryer, you don't especially need to go to the laundry.
If there is anything bothering you or you have any problems, the house-owner lives in a house nearby, so they can deal with it immediately.

Just a 5-minute walk from Bloor-Danforth line's Coxwell station! A very convenient location just 10 minutes away from downtown if you go by train.
