The share house is ran by Italian-Canadian owner. There are 7 living rooms and most of residents are either Japanese or Korean.

Essential household items are already set up including a washing machine and dryer. No need to take a time-consuming walk for a laundry store.

Since house owner lives near the house, you can get immediate assistance even if case you encounter trouble.
