無事に到着しました。
開封したところケースの中でコインカプセルにコインが飛び出してしまい僅かな傷が付いてました。NGC鑑定に出したいと思っていますが、僅かな傷が付くと鑑定ランクが下がりますので受け入れすることが出来ません。申し訳ないですが、コインに傷が付いた理由で返品させて頂きたいと思います。PeyPalで支払った全額と返送料＄26.00ＵＳＤを返金頂けますか？よろしくお願いします。

The item arrived safe and sound.
When I opened it, I discovered that the coin had got into the coin capsule and there was a minor scratch. I am thinking about putting it under the NGC evaluation, but I am afraid I cannot receive it as the rank of evaluation would be low even with minor scratches. I am sorry but I would like to return it because of the scratches on the coin. Could you refund me the total and 26 USD for shipment charges I paid via PayPal? Thank you very much.

I'd like to have it appraised at NGC, but small scratch will bring down the authentic value, so I cannot accept it. I'm afraid to tell you this but I'd like to return it because the coin got damaged.Will you make full refund for the amount I paid via PayPal and return shipping cost of $26 USD? I confirmed safery delivery.
I checked it after opening, I found some damage for coincapsule by sticking out of coin in case.
I think that I am going to take out for NGC examination,
So I can not accept it because examination rank will be inferior if there is some damage.
