I sent this item to my friend, then I've got the message, "He received only one of the 2 count mouthpieces."
I guess, "2 count" should mean the items are included in one package, but can you please confirm this? If those two were not included in one package, would it be possible for you to send one additionally? As I need to send a message to him, I appreciate if you can reply to me right away.
