一番大きいボディ用ヘッドが接触不良により動作しません。

3カ月保証と聞いているのでヘッドを以下の住所まで送ってください。
ヘッドに傷があり中古ではないかと問い合わせがありました。
お客様の送料を私が負担しているので100ドルを一部返金していただきたです。
もし無理であれ80ドルの請求で我慢します。
不良品に180ドルも支払うのは納得していません。

The largest bedhead of a bed, purchased on July 20th, does not work well due to a bad connection.

I want you to make a partial refund because I paid a return shipping cost for a customer.

I don't want to pay $180 for such a defective goods.
