7月20日に購入した商品ですが
一番大きいボディ用ヘッドが接触不良により動作しません。
動画を添付したので確認してください。
3カ月保証と聞いているのでヘッドを以下の住所まで送ってください。
ヘッドに傷があり中古ではないかと問い合わせがありました。


お客様の送料を私が負担しているので100ドルを一部返金していただきたです。
もし無理であれ80ドルの請求で我慢します。
不良品に180ドルも支払うのは納得していません。

Regarding to the item I purchased on July 20th, the biggest head for body doesn't function well because of its bad connection.
I attached a video so please look at it and check.
It is supposed to have a warranty so please send me a head to the address below.
I got an inquiry of the head having damages and if it is used one.

I paid for the shipping instead of the customer, so please pay me the part of $100 back.
If it is not possible, at least $80.
I don't want to pay $180 for the failure item.
