7月20日に購入した商品ですが
一番大きいボディ用ヘッドが接触不良により動作しません。
動画を添付したので確認してください。
3カ月保証と聞いているのでヘッドを以下の住所まで送ってください。
ヘッドに傷があり中古ではないかと問い合わせがありました。
お客様の送料を私が負担しているので100ドルを一部返金していただきたです。
もし無理であれ80ドルの請求で我慢します。
不良品に180ドルも支払うのは納得していません。
請求するpaypalアカウントのメールアドレスを教えてください。
Regarding the item which I bought on July 20th, the biggest head for the body does not work due to the contact failure.
Please refer to the moving picture I attached.
As I heard the item is covered by insurance for three months, please send a new head to the address below.
I received an inquiry from the customer asking if this is a used one because there is a scratch on the head.
As I covered the shipping fee charged on the customer, I would like you to issue a refund for 100 dollars.
If you cannot refund 100 dollars, then I will charge you 80 dollars instead.
I am not convinced that I have to pay 180 dollars for a defective item.
