お客様から私の住所で往復の送料が発生しますが負担していただけますか？
無理であれば本体を送ってください。
写真をみていただければわかると思いますが
お客様へ提供できる状態ではありません。
せめて100ドルの一部払い戻しは検討いただきたいです。
今後このようなことがないように事前に検品をお願いします。
次回同じようなトラブルがあった場合クレーム申請します。

Could you take responsibility for the postage charge both ways between my address and the customer? If that's not possible, could you send the main unit please.
I think you'll understand if you can look at the photographs, but there is no situation in which I can offer it to the customer. I'd like you to consider refunding at least a portion of the $100.
From now on, so that this sort of thing doesn't happen, could you please inspect the goods beforehand. If the same sort of thing happens next time, I'll make an application for compensation.

There will be a shipping fee between our customer and us on both ways. Would you be willing to pay?
If it is impossible, please send the product itself.
As you can see in the photo, the condition is not something that can be offered to the customers.
We would like you to consider to make a refund of $100 at least.
We would like the products to be inspected before shipment in order to prevent a situation like this from happening again.
If we have the similar trouble next time, we will make a claim.
