以下の住所へ液晶パネルを早急に送ってください。
お客様から私の住所で往復の送料が発生しますが負担していただけますか？
無理であれば本体を送ってください。
写真をみていただければわかると思いますが
お客様へ提供できる状態ではありません。
せめて100ドルの一部払い戻しは検討いただきたいです。
今後このようなことがないように事前に検品をお願いします。
次回同じようなトラブルがあった場合クレーム申請します。
