現在、定番でお願いしている、280011（MNIND_2946）となりますが、お客様より座面のぐらつきが気になるとのご指摘がございました。
上記、赤丸部分の座面と脚部分をつなぐ受け金具の部分が短いのが、一因と考えられます。
上記、280016（MVIND_1112）の写真の青丸部分程度の長さの受け金具で一度サンプル製作をお願いできますでしょうか？
弊社といたしましても、長く販売していきたいと想っている製品ですので、改良をしたいと想っております。

As for the 280011 （MNIND_2946）we currently purchase from you in a regular basis, one of our customers pointed about the instability of the seating face.
As you can see in the photo above, it is likely be caused in part by the insufficient length of the fixture (marked with a red circle) that connects the seating face and the leg.
Would it be possible for you to make a sample using the fixture in the same length as in the one marked with a blue circle in the photo of 280016（MVIND_1112）above?
We would like to improve this item as we hope to sell this item as long as possible.

Regarding 280011(MNIND_2946) which we ask you to produce periodically, our customers pointed out that they mind the wobble of the seat surface.
One of the reason could be that the length of the harness marked with a red circle which connects the seat surface and the legs is too short. Can you please make a testing sample product using the harness whose length is almost the same as the one marked with a blue circle shown in the picture of 280016(MVIND_1112) above?
As we would like to keep selling this item for a long time, we would like to improve the product as well.

Regarding the product, 280011（MNIND_2946）, that I order you as the regular product currently, my client pointed out the seating face is unstable, so it became the concern.
The above state was occurred from the short length of the metal part which was connected with the seating face marked with red and the leg.
