In the state of the delivery, both product A and B are written.
However, the record which proves that you I recieved your product says only product A has been recieved.
Have the product B not recieved?
It may be inconvenience for you but could you investigate if the product B was recieved?

Stated on the invoice are product A and B.
However on our record regarding the receipt of your product, only A was mentioned.
Does this mean you have not received product B?
