パーツの不具合に関してですがAは特に製品毎に個体差があり手のパーツが抜けない等の意見が多いです
対処法としてはお湯につけたりドライヤーで温める等してパーツを柔らかくして動きをつけやすくするようです
この際温め過ぎてフィギュア本体を破損したり（特に細い部分が解けてしまったり塗装が剥げたりします）、また手のやけどには十分注意し自己責任においてやって下さい
これらのオーダーは段ボールに商品が入っていなかった言っています
もしこれが本当であれば梱包に問題があります
これは返金してもらえますか？

Regarding the defective parts, various individual difference is especially seen in A. So we often receive a lot of complaints such that the parts of the hand won't come off easily.
As a countermeasure, it works pretty much to warm A by putting it into hot water, or by blowing with a dryer in order to soften the parts to make it easily come off. In doing this., please pay extra attention not to damage the figure itself by too much heat (especially thin parts could be melted or the paint would be peeling off) or not to burn your hand. Please take full responsibility for your actions.
The customer told me that these orders were not packed in the cardboard box.
If this is true, then the packaging is problematic.
Can you please issue a full refund for this?
