パーツの不具合に関してですがAは特に製品毎に個体差があり手のパーツが抜けない等の意見が多いです
対処法としてはお湯につけたりドライヤーで温める等してパーツを柔らかくして動きをつけやすくするようです
この際温め過ぎてフィギュア本体を破損したり(特に細い部分が解けてしまったり塗装が剥げたりします)、また手のやけどには十分注意し自己責任においてやって下さい
これらのオーダーは段ボールに商品が入っていなかった言っています
もしこれが本当であれば梱包に問題があります
これは返金してもらえますか?

To cope with this, it seems that they make it easy to move by softening the parts by soaking it in hot water, or warming it with a hair dryer.
The figure may get defected from too much heat (especially fine parts may get melted, or the paints may peel off), so please do this carefully as it is your responsibility.
They say that the items were not in the cardboard in these orders.
If this is true, the packaging has a problem.
