Amazon does receive the order and send the item, so we are not dealing with shipment.
Probably it was the mistake by Amazon. I will confirm this to Amazon.
If Amazon does not respond anything, we will deal with refund for the item price.
It seems there has been a mistake on our order ID with sending the item. Could you refund, or send the correct item? What should we do when we receive such a complaint?

Amazon controls all orders and shipping so we do not proceed shipping.
Probably Amazon's mistake so I will ask Amazon.
