大変でしょうが、色々な国を自由に行き来していて本当に羨ましいです。私ももう一度海外に住んで仕事をしたいです。
コスト削減のため、出張はかなり厳しくなっていますが、USに行った際は、是非、一緒にご飯行きましょう。楽しみにしています。

I know that you are busy and having hard time, but I envy you because you can freely coming and going fly among various countries. I would like to live overseas again and work there.

I know it's not easy, but you come across various countries and I really hope I could do the same. I want to live abroad again to work.
