⑧At Instock we turn food surplus into delicious meals and products. Our chefs create breakfast, lunch and dinner with products that otherwise would go to waste. These products are collected every morning, with our electrical food rescue car. Therefore it is always a surprise what the ‘harvest of the day’ will be in our restaurants. Instockでは、余った食糧をおいしい食事にしている。シェフは、そのままでは無駄にされてしまう食べ物を使って、朝、昼、夕の3食を作る。原料の食べ物は、食品レスキュー車（電気自動車）を用いて毎朝集められる。よって、「この日の収穫」がこのレストランでどのようなものになるかは、できあがるまで分からない。食事は無駄せずにできるだけ楽しみたい、というこのミッションに参加したいのなら、まず 朝食、昼食、３つのコースがあるディナーを食べに立ち寄っては。
