⑧At Instock we turn food surplus into delicious meals and products. Our chefs create breakfast, lunch and dinner with products that otherwise would go to waste. These products are collected every morning, with our electrical food rescue car. Therefore it is always a surprise what the ‘harvest of the day’ will be in our restaurants.
