商品ページに記載されたものを送っていますので私に過ちは一切ありません。
このような、バイヤーによる不当な評価は私の販売活動に多大な影響を及ぼしています。
もし、返金を望むのでしたら下記の住所に商品を送ってください。
日本へ到着したら返金となります。ただし、お客様都合の返品となりますので、送料や関税などの手数料を引いた分の代金をお返しします。

This unfair review by the buyer has a vast influence on my selling activity.
If you would like to refund, please send me the product to the below address.
When the product is delivered, I will refund. However, this is the returning by the customer's request, so I'll refund the amount after deduction of the commission fee such as shipping cost and customs duty.
