お世話になります。先日、amazon.comのセラーアカウントを取得させてもらいましたが、正しいEメールアドレスとパスワードを入力してもログインできず、Eメールアドレスとパスワードが間違っているとエラーが出ます。パスワードを再設定してみても、変更変更完了のメールは届きますが同様なエラーがでます。何度試してみてもうまくログインできません。何か不都合があるのでしょうか?ご指導いただけますか?よろしくお願いします。

Hello,
I have obtained a seller account of Amazon.com the other day. But I cannot log in with the correct e-mail address and password, and an error message for wrong e-mail or password shows. Even though I try to reset my password, the same error still appears despite I receive the completion message of change password. I tried numerous times, but failed to log in. I wonder if there is any issues involved. Please kindly advise, thank you.

Although I put the right e-mail address and password, I can't log in it and the error message which the e-mail address and password are wrong comes out. I set the password again, but the same error message shows even though the e-mail of the completion of change is arrived. I try to do that again and again but I can't log in.
