荷物が届き商品を確認したところ写真とはかなりサイズが違うものが入っています、
アームの長さは短いし、取付ベースのアームの長さも全く違います。
ソケットサイズがE27と記載されているがE14になっている。
お客様の注文分です。至急正しい商品をEMSにて発送して下さい。
当方に届いた間違っている商品はどうすればいいですか？

As I received the baggage and checked the product, the product of the size is greatly different from the picture in the parcel.

This is my customer ordered product. Please ship the right product by EMS as soon as possible.

I received the package, and confirmed the item, Then I noticed that the size of the item is very different from the one shown in the picture.
The arm is much shorter, and the length pf the arm of the attachment base is entirely different.
The size of the socket is described as E27, but the actual size is E14.
This was settled for the order from the customer. Please send the correct item to my by EMS as soon as possible.
What should I do on this incorrect item delivered to me?
Please cope with this case right away.
