注文番号011番で、お客さんが私が売った製品を”Fake”と主張したためアマゾンで出品がブロックされました。

しかし、こちらの商品は間違いなく日本から送った本物の商品です
ブロックされた出品をreactivateしようとおもうのですが、その前に今FBA倉庫にある在庫を一回確認していただくわけにはいかないでしょうか?
偽物ではないとすぐわかると思います
もしくは間違って別の製品のバーコードシールを張っているということはないでしょうか?

Regarding the order number is 011, the customer claimed that the product I sold was Fake and displayed item was blocked in Amazon.
But this product is definitely true which I sent from Japan.
I would like to reactivate the displayed item. Before that, would you please check at once the stock in FBA warehouse now?
I think you find out it is not fake.
Or, didn't you put bar code seal of another product on the product by mistake?
