Thank you for your reply. I added the address of the seller, and tried to make arrangement of returning of the item. Then, this time, "SHIP NOW" is greyed out and I cannot make instruction to return. Can you please confirm the picture attached in the mail? Please tell me how to go through the process after this. I am looking forward to your reply.
