状況がよくわかりませんが
A社もこの方法を必ずやらなければならないとは示してないように思います。
実際に今までのデータの中でも同じようなデータもしくはさらに簡素化されているデータがあります。
なぜ今回だけこのような要求になったのでしょうか。

however I do not think that company A shows that this method has to be taken.
