再発送するには新たに送料をお支払いしていただく必要がありますが、Amazonには送料のみを請求するシステムがございません。
こちらで送料（2180円）を差し引いた金額を払い戻ししますので新たにご注文いただけないでしょうか？
ただし現在 Amazonヨーロッパのセラーアカウントは法人アカウントへの変更手続きをしているため休止しております。
他セラーにご注文していただいてもこちらは構いません。

Regarding the address you requested for refund, it seems like the address is different from the address at the time of order (please refer to the attached file).
You need to pay shipping charge again for resend, but Amazon does not have system to only charge shipping cost.
I will reimburse the amount after deducting shipping charge (2,180 JPY), so will you order it again?
However, seller account in Amazon Europe is in a process of changing to corporate account, so it is currently on hold.
It's okay if you order with other seller.
