取引ナンバー222114895972に関しまして、バイヤーに返金をする運び取引を進めたつもりでしたが、
バイヤーからまだ返金されていないというメールが届きました。
eBay上では正しい手順で進めたつもりでしたが、何が原因なのでしょうか？
Paypalでもステータスが保留となっております。
大変ご迷惑をかけて申し訳ございません。返金の手順を踏んだのですが何かが間違っているようです。
今EbayとPatpalに問い合わせています。24時間以内に回答があるらしいのでしばらくお待ちください。

Regarding the business number 222114895972, I received the e-mail saying the buyer still hasn't refunded the amount yet even though I had already proceeded the refund request to the buyer.
I thought I did a correct procedure on eBay. What is the problem?
