日本郵便経由で状況を確認しました所、まだ日本には返送されておらず
現地郵便局に商品はあるとのことでした。
ただ気になるのは「この住所には配達できない」というログがあることです。
通常、住所が間違っているもしくは見つけられたなかった時に残るログです。
その為、日本側から再配達を依頼しても配達できないと断られます。

But, my concern is that the log tells that, "We cannot deliver the item to the specified address."
This is the log which is usually made when the address is incorrect, or when the post office cannot find the address.

As I checked status via Japan Post, it has not been returned to Japan yet but the item is still at the local post office.
However, I'm concerned that there was a log saying "undeliverable to this address".
Normally, this log is recorded when address is incorrect or cannot be found.
Therefore, asking redelivery from Japan side will be declined.
I'm afraid to take your time but will you kindly contact your nearest USPS, inform them the tracking number, tell them your address again and request for redelivery?

I have confirmed the route to Japan, it seems it hasn't been returned to Japan is available in the local post office. However, I noticed there was a log that said "Can't deliver to this address".

We have checked with Japan Post Office about the delivery status, the product has not yet returned to Japan and now at local post office.
There is a concern that this parcel has a log saying "No delivery can be made to this address".
Usually, this log shows up when there is mistakes in the delivery address or the address can not be found.
