リターンリクエストの管理画面を確認したところ、なぜかすでにitemがこちらに到着しているのに「item delivered」になっていないようです。
ebayサポートセンターに確認したところ、ebayのシステム上で更新処理が遅れているらしいです。
2,3日中に更新され、「item delivered」の項目が緑色のチェックが入ると思います。
更新されると、ebayからメールがそちらに送信されますので、そのメールのリンクからリターンリクエストのclose処理が出来ます。

Hello.
After I checked the management screen of return request, I found that, I don't know why but, the status is not "item delivered" even after the item had been delivered here.
When I asked eBay support center about this, they told that the update process on eBay system is now delayed.
They said that it should be updated in a couple of days, and we will see green check mark upon the item "item delivered."
Once the status is updated, an email will be sent to you from eBay, so that you can close the return request from the link mentioned in the mail.

As I confirmed the management screen of the Return Request, the monitor does not show “item delivered” for all that I have already received the item.
I leaned after consulting the ebay customer center that there was a time lag between the actual procedure and the update on the ebay system.
I think that a green check will appear on the list of “item delivered”in a few days. When updated, a e-mail will be sent to you and you can proceed to the close procedure via the link in the e-mail.
