こんにちは。
リターンリクエストの管理画面を確認したところ、なぜかすでにitemがこちらに到着しているのに「item　delivered」になっていないようです。
ebayサポートセンターに確認したところ、ebayのシステム上で更新処理が遅れているらしいです。
2,3日中に更新され、「item　delivered」の項目が緑色のチェックが入ると思います。
更新されると、ebayからメールがそちらに送信されますので、そのメールのリンクからリターンリクエストのclose処理が出来ます。

When I checked the control screen of the return request, the item has been arrived but the screen doesn't show "item delivered".
As I confirmed ebay support center, they said the update process was delay on the system o ebay.
I think the data will be updated within 2 or 3 days and green mark will be checked on the column of "item delivered".
When it is updated, the e-mail will be sent to you by ebay.
You can make "close" of the return request via the e-mail link.
