Hasqvernaの商品の箱がひどいダメージを受けています。新品で購入したものが、中古商品になってしまいました。DHL Japanに確認したところ、DHL Japanの従業員が箱をダメにしてしまいました。DHL Japanは弁償するといっています。

The shipment of Hasqverna arrived with a serious damage on the box. I bought a brand-new merchandise, but it arrived looking like a second-hand. I contacted DHL Japan, and they admitted that the damage to the box was caused by their employee. They said they will reimburse.

The box of the item sent by Hasqverna has suffered a lot of damage. I bought something new but what I received looked used. I checked with DHL Japan, and they said that an employee of DHL Japan had damaged the box. DHL Japan has said that they will compensate me. Please start a claim from MYUS.
