Ich habe vor ca. 2 Wochen den bestellten withings pulse ox erhalten. Leider ist es mir nicht möglich einen Kontakt zwischen meinem samsung Handy und dem withings Gerät herzustellen. Die DatenÜbernahme hat einmal am 1. Tag funktioniert und seither nicht mehr. Ich denke die Bluetooth Verbindung funktioniert nicht. Bitte Info was ich tun soll. Vielen Dank lg eva majer

約2週間前に、注文したwithings pulse ox を受け取りました。あいにく、私のサムスン製携帯とwithingsを連動させるのは無理なようです。データ移行は最初の一日だけ機能したのみです。ブルートゥースの接続が機能していないものと思われます。どうすればよいか教えていただけますか？よろしくお願いいたします。Eva Majer

二週間前に注文したwithings pulse oxが届きました。ＳＡＭＳＵＮＧの携帯となかなか繋がらないです。初日に一回は大丈夫だったんですけど、それからはダメになっています。Ｂｌｕｅｔｏｏｔｈが繋がらないという気がします。どうしたらいいか教えてください。
