Apologies for the late shipping of your item 
Your item was dispatched on the 2nd of April, but the postage label was mistakenly replaced in the post office, and the product was sent to another customer's country.
I have quickly re-ordered the item from our wholesaler.
The product will be dispatched on or around the 28th of April.

Apology about sending the item behind schedule

We sent the item on April 2nd.
However, as the label for sending was replaced in post office by mistake,
it was sent to the country of another customer.
We ordered the item to wholesaler immediately.
We will send it around April 28th.

We hurried and ordered the product at a wholesale store.
We will send it to you on April 28.
We are very sorry for you as you were happily waiting for the arrival of the product. As an apology we pay you 5 dollar. We pay it to you by paypal.
