Apology about sending the item behind schedule

We sent the item on April 2nd.
However, as the label for sending was replaced in post office by mistake,
it was sent to the country of another customer.
We ordered the item to wholesaler immediately.
We will send it around April 28th.
We apologize to give you an inconvenience since you are looking forward to receiving the item.
We will discount 5 dollars as our apology, and have already refunded to Paypal.
If you request cancellation, please let us know. We will issue you a refund.
