1）SはDがF's productsを2017年の４月までAmazon Japanで販売するとこを承認します。
2）1）の販売許可期間はSとDいずれか一方からの特別の意思表示がない場合は自動的に1年間更新するものとし、その後も同様とする。
3）Sが都合によりこの販売許可を解除するときは少なくとも2ヶ月以上前にDに予告するものとする。
サインする代表者のフルネームと役職を教えて下さい。
不都合な部分があれば修正して知らせて下さい。
問題なければ印刷して直筆でサインして下さい。

Sales Permission
1) Supplier consents to Distributor selling F's products through Amazon Japan until April 2017.
2) This permission shall automatically renew on the end of term written in (1) or on the end of subsequent terms for a one-year term, unless either Supplier or Distributor expresses specific intent concerning this matter.
3) Supplier may terminate this permission at any time upon at least two months notice.
Signing representative should inform us on their name and position.
Should you disagree with any part of the permission, please amend it and inform us.
In case there are no further problems, print the permission and sign it personally.

2. Should there be no special declaration of intent from either S or D, the period of the permit to sell in (1) will automatically renew after 1 year and will be the same for the years after that.
3. Depending on S's convenience, when this permit to sell is cancelled, D must be informed at least 2 months prior.
