God has the power to damage and reconstruct,not ot only to the south of the jewish state.God can use its authority over the whole world.
The whole world is like ceramics in the hands of the god who can destroy and reconstruct easily .Then our world goes to the end and the next world would come ,new world began.

God holds the right to destroy and construct. It's not only regarding Juda. Surely, God holds that right in all over this world.
This world is one of weapon of God. God can destroy it, then rebuild it. In the end, this world will end, and will begin again in the next world.
