Please send me the B/L ASAP, as I will need to check for any errors. I am currently working on the packing list and invoice. Will the ship be arriving on the 10th? When will it depart? Since it is the weekend, banks are closed so the money transfer will be done next week. As for Skype, if there is anything to discuss, please summarize it in writing and send it to me. Mr. Sato is in Vietnam so I will report to him about this case as well.

Please send B/L immediately, as I have to check if there is no mistakes in writing. Currently I am creating the packing list as well as the invoice. The ship will arrive on 10th, right? When is the departure day? The bank will be closed on week-ends, so I think the payment will be made next week. As for the matter of Skype, if you need to contact us, please send us texts. Sato is currently in Viet Nam, so I will inform this matter to Sato.
