当初パッケージの破れは1ケースだけでしたが、帰国後に調査した結果187pacもの破れが発覚、全て返品となっています。
カートンボックスの破損だけなら価格を下げて安く引き取ってもらえる予定でしたが、パッケージの破れがある商品は引き取れないと拒否されてしまい、契約は白紙となり32,000 USDもの損失がでています。
これ以上の損失を避けたいので、支払いは商品到着後に私達とお客様とで保税倉庫にて商品を確認した後にして下さい

I'd like to avoid any more loss, so payment was with us and a customer after arrival of goods, and after checking the goods in a bonded warehouse, please do.

And we thought a broken package was only one case but we found out 187 cases of broken products after we came back to Japan.
It was all returned. They offered to buy those cheaper price, if only carton box was broken but those packages were also got damaged so they rejected to buy it. And we lost the contract and 32,000 USD.
We would like to avoid that kind of loss, please make a payment after you and clients check products together in a bonded warehouse.
