Ramen is made up of various elements.
Further, its regional differences give it depth.
Miso ramen originated in Hokkaido;
Tokyo is the center of shoyu ramen.
Shoyu ramen tastes light, while miso ramen tastes rich,
and all varieties have bamboo shoots.
You can eat ramen from all over Japan in Tokyo.
What I personally love is a chicken- and salt-based soup
seasoned with yuzu at a shop called AFURI.
Although it has a light and simple taste, the flavor is deep.
On the other, I also love the taste of their roasted shoyu ramen.
From now I will try to start thinking in English.

Ramen consists of a lot of elements.
It is deceptive simplicity that ramen varies depending on locations.
Hokkaido is the cradle land of Miso ramen.
People in Tokyo mainly eat soy source ramen.
Soy source ramen tastes plain. Miso ramen tastes rich.
Menma comes with all of ramen on the top.
In Tokyo, you can eat various ramen of all over Japan.
I personally like the ramen of AFURI.
The soup is based on chicken and salt bouillon plus additional orange peel.
It tastes plain, but tastes further profoundly rich at the same time.
Other than that, I cannot leave burnt soy source taste.
After this, I will try to be able to think and express in English at the stage of my thinking.

「みそ」を英訳する必要があるとすれば、"fermented bean paste" です。"Miso" とそのまま呼ばれることが多いため、そのままにしました。

「メンマ」も中国語なのですが英訳は "salty-simmered bamboo shoots" です。

Ramen is made up with various components.
And, since the taste is different from place to place, it is not that simple to describe.
Miso ramen was born in Hokkaido.
Tokyo is mainly known for soy sauce ramen.
Soy sauce taste is very light while miso taste is rich.
All ramen has menma – made from bamboo shoot– topping in it.
We can enjoy eating variety of type of ramen from all over Japan in Tokyo.
My personal favorite ramen place is called AFURI, and it serves plain but very profound taste based on chicken and salt broth with yuzu.
In addition, it is hard not to mention about dark soy sauce taste, but I will try to describe it in English while I am thinking in my head.

All of Ramen is consist of ''menma''.

I personally like FURI shop where ''yuzu'' can be work effectively in chicken and salt as base of soup.
It have deep taste through lightly.
Althrough difficult to leave burnt taste of shouyu, now I try to focuses thinking from the level in English.
