車屋さんへのメールということで、冒頭と末尾に挨拶（bonjour, cordialement)を加えてありますが、不要の場合は無視してください。また、車屋さんに車を見に行くということでしたので、「車を見にガレージに伺ってもよろしいですか」としてあります。ガレージではなくお店のほうがよろしければ「garage」を「magasin」に変えていただければ。最後にうっかり「午後」を付け忘れてしまいましたが、le 7 lundi après-midiで。
