PS/2プラグは、複数の細いピンが立っています。
接続の際に、位置を合わせてキチンと接続を行なわず、目視せずに手探りで接続する等した場合、接続のピンが折れてしまったり、曲がった状態で差し込まれており、接続用の穴に刺さっていないピンがあったりする場合があります。
PS/2変換プラグを確認し、ピンの破損や変形が発生していないかご確認ください。

PS/2 plug has multiple thin pins.
In connecting the plug, if you do not make correct position matching, in such case that you just touch the plug and connector without visible contact, the pins could be broken or connected in distorted status, resulting that the pins do not fit in designated holes.
Check the PS/2 converter plug to see if pins are broken or bended.
The possible cause and work around is mentioned above.
Even after your inspection, if you still have issues, please contact again.
