Valid Tracking Rateについてですが
日本からアメリカ以外に発送した商品がNo Valid Tracking扱いになって困っています。
例えば過去7日間のデータだと以下の商品です。
到着確認もできています。
こちらは、ルールに従って95%以上はトラッキングナンバーをつけているのに
Valid Tracking Rateの評価が悪いのは納得できません。
またValid Tracking Rateの悪化のせいで支払も保留されています。
過去7日間以外も、至急確認してください。

Regarding Valid Tracking Rate,
I am embarrassed that the items sent from Japan to other countries except USA are treated as No Valid Tracking.
For example, following items are those ones during last seven days.
We just follow the rule, and put tracking numbers on more than 95% items. So, we are not convinced with the fact that Valid Tracking Rate is scored as low.
And, due to low Valid Tracking Rate, the payments have been held.
Please investigate other data than last 7 days as soon as possible.
