ペンの状態が正常かどうか、以下の2点の確認をお願いします。
①プッシュ部分を外した状態で、インクカートリッジ部分を直接プッシュした場合、ペン先は出てきますか？
②プッシュ部分を取り外した状態で、プッシュ部分を振ると、プッシュ部分は上下しますか？
この2点の動作ができている場合、正常な状態であると思われます。

Please check following 2 points whether condition of the pen is proper or not.
(1) If you directly push ink cartridge part with push part detached, does pen tip come out?
(2) If you shake push part with detached push part, does push part move up and down?
If these 2 moves are made, it can be considered to be working properly.

Please make sure if the pen nib is in correct status, by checking following two items.
(1) After removing the push portion, is the nib coming out when you push ink cartridge directly?
(2) After removing the push portion, is the push portion going above or below when you shake it?
If you confirm these two above, then the pen nib seems to be in the correct status.
