なお、損害を賠償してもらうにはあなたの方でも郵便局に配送事故により商品が損傷していたことを報告してもらう必要があります。
We checked the company to which we entrust sending the item.

they said that there was no damage at the item before it was sent.
For this reason, it must be the accident during transportation this time.
I am going to submit filing of damage compensation to Japan Post.
In order that the Japan Post compensates for the damage, you have to report to the post office that the item was damaged by accident during the transportation.
I checked with contracted agent which send items.
As in the photo and description on item page, there was absolutely no damage on item before it was sent.
Therefore, it happened during transportation this time and I am going to submit claim of damage and loss to Japan Post.
Also, in order to receive compensation, you have to also report that the item was damaged during transportation accident to the post office from you side.
