Zは私のフェイバリットのレーベルなので、Zのファンも増えて欲しいと思っています。

4月にリリースされるTのアルバムの、日本でのCDリリースを検討したいのですが、この件について相談する事はできますか？
ちょうど今から準備すれば、同じ4月頃に日本でもリリースできるので、それはメディアやファンの注目を集めるのに効果があります。

Thank you for your collaboration for the last year's CD release.
I think more people knew about X thanks to this release so I am thinking to continue to recommend it to music fans around me.
I hope the number of fans of Z will also increase, as Z is my favorite label.

I would like to think about CD release in Japan of an album of T will be released in April. Can I talk over this issue with you?
If we prepare from now, we can also release a CD in April, the same period in Japan. So it will be a powerful way to attract interests of the media and fans.
