昨年のCDリリースでは、ご協力有難うございました。
これによって、Xの事を知った人も前より増えたと思いますし、引き続き、周りの音楽ファンにすすめようと思います。
Zは私のフェイバリットのレーベルなので、Zのファンも増えて欲しいと思っています。

4月にリリースされるTのアルバムの、日本でのCDリリースを検討したいのですが、この件について相談する事はできますか？

ちょうど今から準備すれば、同じ4月頃に日本でもリリースできるので、それはメディアやファンの注目を集めるのに効果があります。

Thank you for working with us on last year's CD release.
We think due to this more people know about X than ever before. As a follow up we are thinking of recommending it to the surrounding music fans.
Z is our favorite record label so we'd like to increase the fans who like Z too.

We're studying the release of T's album in Japan to be released in April. Could we consult with you on this?
If we start preparations now we will make it exactly on time for an April release so I think it will be effective in attracting the attention of the media and fans.
