不在連絡票がなかったと言われてましたが
お近くの郵便局に問い合わせていただけないでしょうか?
郵便局員が不在連絡票を入れ忘れた可能性もあります。
私の経験では、過去そのようにして荷物を受け取られた方がいます。
もし郵便局で確認出来ないようでしたら、
一度この取引のキャンセルの処理をさせて頂けないでしょうか?
その場合は全額返金です。
その後荷物が届けば、あなたから再度入金してください。

Post office staff might have forgotten to leave absence notice.
In my experience, there were people who received their parcels like that in the past.
If you cannot find it at the post office, will you let me cancel this transaction?
In that case, full refund will be made.
After that if the parcel arrives to you, please make payment from your side again.
