私は薬の販売会社に英語で書いたラベルを持っているか？聞いたら日本語のラベルしか持っていないといわれました。英語のラベルを作るには大分時間が必要となります。後 パッケージの不備でお客様から返品が来ました。わかりにくいですが画像を送ります。圧着をしている部分とは反対側の不備になります。

I asked the distributor of the medicine that they have a English label, they said they have only Japanese labels. It will take a long time to make the English label. Also, we received the returned goods from our customer because of a fault of the package. Though it is unclear, I have sent you the photo. It is the fault on the other side of the crimped parts.

When I asked if the drug distributor has the label written in English, they told us that they only have Japanese label. It takes somewhat long time to make English label. And, the customer sent back the product due to package defect. I will send the picture illustrating this, it is a little hard to identify, though. The defect in in other side of press bonding.
