I received the watch that I had ordered some days ago. But the watch only moves 10 minutes in 1 day. And I the winding knob can't be turned more than 10 times. I am requesting an exchange for a new watch. If you could please ship it together with the watch I ordered this time.

うわぁ、間違いだらけですみません。「1日に10分進んでしまいます」を「1日10分しか進みません」と読み間違えました。あと、"And I the winding knob" は "And the winding knob"に変えてください。muraさんの翻訳の方が正確なので、そちらを使ってください.
